Dominique AUBERT
was
born
in
Arles,
the
Rhone
estuary,
France,
in
1959,
and
was
taught,
at
the
age
of
eight
years,
by
his
father,
who
had
won
a
First
Price
at
the
Nîmes
Conservatory,
in
music
theory
and
piano
playing.
In
the
age
of
12,
he
got
enthusiastic
about
playing
on
the
organ
and
was
a
pupil
of
reverend
Pierre
Rachet,
an
organist
in
Arles.
He
became
then
a
student
of
Jean-Paul
Lécot,
organist
and
choirmaster
of
the
Sanctuary
of
Lourdes,
with
whone
he
studied
mainly
the
interpretation
and
the
accompaning
of
the
liturgy.
He
participated
to
numerous
classes
for
organ in Toulouse leaded by Xavier Darasse.
From
1976
to
1980
he
was
in
charge
of
the
organs
at
the
St.Julian
Church
and
at
the
Primatial
Church
St.Trophimus
in
Arles,
and
from
1982
til
2021,
he
was
organist
at
the
St
Peter’s
Church
of
Chennevières-sur-Marne,
near
Paris,
and
president
of
the
association
"The
organ
friends"
since
its
foundation
in
2001.
Right
now
is
a
substitute
organist
of
the
Sanctuary
of
Lourdes
and
has
joined
the
team
of
the
organists
at
the
St
Vincent
church
in
Bagnères-de-Bigorre,
France.
As
an
owner
of
the
professional
card
for
liturgical
organists,
which
is
delivered
by
the
Diocese
of
Paris,
he
is
involved
in
the
practice
of
liturgical
music.
He
is
the
composer
of
several
psalms,
of
Hallelujas,
of
a
cantata
devoted
to
Saint
Peter,
as
well
as
of
a
mass.
In
2008
he
joined
the
liturgical
music
commission
of
the
Diocese
of
Créteil,
near
Paris.
From
2015
to
2021
he
was
diocesan
delegate
for
the
liturgical
music
and
organist of diocesan celebrations at the Créteil Cathedral.
He
gives
concerts
in
France
and
abroad
as
a
soloist
and
as
a
frequent
accompanist,
of
the
Pan-pipes,
the
violin
and
viola,
the
trumpets, the hunting horns, or with instrumental ensembles, choirs as well as with solo singers.

early

classical

sic

Conservatory,
in
the
Netherlands, in the class of Nicolae Pirvu.
He
has
participated
at
masterclasses
for
the
interpretation
of
early
and
classical
music
on

of
historical
instruments
at
the
"Centre
International
de
Formation
Musicale"
in
Nice,
France,
with
Jean-Loup
Grégoire
and
Simion
Stanciu
"Syrinx",
at
the
"Gesellschaft
für
Alte
Musik"
in
Rastatt,
Germany,
with
Hans-Martin
Linde,
at
the
"New
Flute
Generation"
festival
in
the
old
church
of

he

lecturer
at
the
"Académie
Musique
et
Danse
Florigammes"
at
Sar-tène-Propriano,
Corsica.
Since
many
years
he
is
a
teacher
of
Pan-pipes
at
music
schools
in
Switzerland.
Since
a
couple
of
years
he
is
a
member
of
the
international Federation of Pan-pipists "The Hall of Panflutists" as well.
As
a
soloist,
accompanied
by
the
harpsichord,
the
baroque-cello
and
the
organ,
he
has
recorded
and
published
for
the
labels
Aurophon
Classics,
Disques
Vde-Gallo,
Monthabor
Music
et
Senta
Gabela
Records,
several
CDs
music
from
the
Renaissance
and
the
Baroqie
periods.
The
instruments
on
which
Philippe
Emmanuel
Haas

Santi Occorso from Bellinzona, Switzerland, and tuned with beeswax in the piches of 500 Hz, 440 Hz, 415 Hz and 392 Hz.

founded
in
2009,
by
Philippe
Emmanuel
Haas
from
Basel,
Switzerland,
at
the
baroque
and
classical
Pan-pipes,
and
Dominique
Aubert,
an
organist,
after
a
concert
organized
by
the
Association
of
the
organ
friends
at
the
St.
Peter’s
Church
of
Chennevières-sur-Marne,
of
which
Dominique
Aubert
was
the
President.Since
than
both
use
regularly
to
be
invited
as
a
duo
to
perform
during
international
festivals
of
baroque
and
classical
music
initiated
by
organ
friends,
mostly in France and abroad, particularly in Germany, Italy, Malta and in Switzerland.
